Do You Know How to Navigate through FAACT’s Education Resource Center?

Did you know that FAACT has a HUGE, FREE printable resource section on their website? And, ALL of the resources and programs are FREE and downloadable for print! Wondering what you can find in this comprehensive area? Let’s take a peak!

To start, you can find FAACT’s Food Allergy Curricula Program for Schools. This program focuses on grades K-3, 4-8 and 9-12. The program provides teacher-designed PowerPoint presentation, lesson plans and activities. FAACT has created a FREE curriculum that can be used to teach students about common food allergens AND safety protocols. You can download these programs FREE for your school!

FAACTs for Schools is another great, comprehensive educational program to raise awareness of food allergies in schools. This free program fulfills our mission to educate, advocate, and raise awareness for all individuals and families affected by food allergies and life-threatening anaphylaxis. FAACTs for Schools brings a complete educational program directly to school. Our educational presentation, Get the FAACTs About Food Allergies contains an overview of food allergies including current best practices based on the Center for Disease Control’s “Voluntary Guidelines for Managing Food Allergies in Schools.” With a pretest, post-evaluation, complete talking points, this presentation can be used by parents or educators to educate school personnel nationwide.
